The hotel is located in Wuyue Plaza opposite Guigang Railway Station. It has a strategic location and is very convenient for traveling and eating. I have rarely seen a hotel with such poor hygiene. The carpets in the corridors were stained. I couldn't understand how Kyriad managed it.

The hotel is opposite Guigang East, within walking distance. However, the soundproofing of the hotel is really poor. One side is next to the road and the other side is next to the KTV. If you have poor sleep quality, please think carefully. To put it bluntly, you can hear the sound from the next door if it is louder. Maybe because it's next to the station, people check in at any time in the middle of the night. Can you imagine what it feels like when someone suddenly screams in the corridor at 4 o'clock in the morning, and then it doesn't quiet down until 5:30, with almost no rest all night. The response from the hotel front desk was ineffective, and I was so angry that I almost called the police.

Not satisfied, especially the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. They did something wrong themselves and have no intention of apologizing to the guests.

It is not supported to issue invoices after returning from the trip.

I analyze the front desk staff, either they are relatives of the boss’s family, or the entire hotel has no shortage of guests due to its superior location on the high-speed rail. The hotel is a national chain anyway, so the word service should not be mentioned. The image window of the hotel should at least train people to stand at the front desk. There is no basic politeness. You don’t need to look at it to know when you are wearing a mask. The impatient expression seriously affected my mood. At that time, if I knew there was a hotel next door, I would have left decisively.
